Scheidsrechter Vyacheslav Kiselev krijgt veel kritiek en mag niet verder op UFC 267

Kijkers van UFC 267 waren zojuist getuigen van een zeer spectaculair gevecht tussen Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos en Benoît St. Denis. beide mannen gaven werkelijk ALLES om de winst te pakken. Echter ontving de scheidsrechter enorm veel kritiek op zijn beslissingen. Zo stopte hij het gevecht niet, kwam er geen dokterscontrole en pakte hij een punt zonder waarschuwing. De promotie heeft er daarom voor gekozen om Kiselev per direct op hold te zetten. Hij mag niet meer in de Octagon staan tijdens UFC 267.

Kiselev kreeg veel kritiek:

Honestly the worst performance I have seen from a referee in my life. Honestly a hard job but man unreal. Makes you respect the good ones like @JasonHerzogMMA @JohnMcCarthyMMA @HerbDeanMMA and many more. I hated watching that I hope Benoit is heading to hospital right now !

Vyacheslav Kiselev liep voorheen rond met de nickname Big Slava en was actief op het wedstrijdveld. Zo vocht hij tegen onder andere Gilbert Yvel, Rick Rootlieb en Achmed Labasanov. Op zijn record staat geen enkele winstpartij.
