De eerste drie jaren van de MMA DNA UFC Awards waren al een groot succes, de vierde editie was wederom een succes. Heel veel mensen hebben gestemd. En hier zijn de uitslagen. Net als vorig jaar kon er weer gestemd worden op veertien categorieën. Slechts een iemand wist zijn/haar titel te prolongeren en een vechter wist zich op te werken van “Rising Star 2018” naar “Fighter of the Year 2019” en maar liefst zes categorieën gingen naar dezelfde gym.
