De promotie gaat het gevecht tussen Diego Sanchez en Clay Guida in de UFC Hall of Fame fight wing plaatsen. Het gevecht vond plaats tijdens de finale van The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom op 20 juni 2009. Sanchez won toen met een split decision. Het gevecht kreeg de stempel van Fight of the Night en Fight of the Year.
