Afgelopen nacht vond in ”The Space” te Westbury, New York het allereerste New York evenement van de CES MMA organisatie plaats genaamd CES NY 1. CES MMA houdt normaal gesproken haar evenementen in Rhode Island. Tijdens het Main Event nam Matt Secor het op tegen Adam Sepulveda. Sepulveda viel 24 uur van te voren in voor de Braziliaan Renee Forte. Ook de kleinzoon van de beruchte John Gotti genaamd John Gotti III maakte wederom zijn opwachting.
